INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Beverly High Rye
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz agave
- 2 blackberries
- Mint leaves
- Sparkling water
STEPS
Combine lime juice, agave, blackberries, and mint. Muddle all ingredients in shaker. Add whiskey and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice. Top with sparkling water. Add dehydrated blackberry sugar rim with mint sprig and blackberry garnish.
