Beverly Spirits’ Founder Andrew Borenzweig and Piero Procida, Beverly Wilshire’s Director of Food & Beverage, were inspired to create a one-of-a-kind expression celebrating the rich history and enduring elegance of the iconic hotel.
To achieve a tasting experience both rich and rare, we finished our signature blend of fifty percent straight bourbon and fifty percent straight rye in Portuguese Ruby Port casks for five months.
Brilliantly finished by Master Blender Murphy Quint, the Ruby Port casks impart a refined nuance of dried cherry, raspberry, and dark chocolate on a balanced base of cinnamon, brown sugar and caramel found in our original blend, The Beverly High Rye.
This exclusive whiskey is limited to two hundred and ten bottles. Available only at Beverly Wilshire, it can be enjoyed at THEBlvd Restaurant and Lounge, as well as at CUT Lounge. Limited quantities are available for purchase at Beverly Wilshire.
