- 1 oz The Beverly High Rye
- 3⁄4 oz lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz 2:1 simple syrup
- 1⁄2 oz apricot liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 oz club soda
STEPS
Combine rye, lime juice, simple syrup, and apricot liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass, top with club soda, and garnish with a lime twist.
