- 2 oz The Beverly High Rye
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
STEPS
Combine grapefruit, Aperol, yellow chartreuse, and whiskey into shaker. Shake and strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel and rose.
