INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Beverly High Rye
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
STEPS
Torch the rosemary and place the rocks glass over it to get essence of rosemary in the glass. Combine sweet vermouth, bitters, and whiskey in a separate glass. Add ice and stir. Place a large ice cube in the smoked rosemary rocks glass. Strain and pour over the large ice cube. Garnish with smoked rosemary and cherry.
