  • 2 oz The Beverly High Rye
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz 2:1 simple syrup
  • ½ oz egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp orange marmalade


Combine all ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
