  • 1 oz The Beverly High Rye
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz bianco vermouth

STEPS

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
