INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Beverly High Rye
- 2 oz lavender iced tea*
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
STEPS
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, lavender iced tea, and whiskey into tin full of ice. Stir and strain into Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon peel and dried lavender sprigs.
*Add 1 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of dried lavender buds into a French press to make lavender tea. Refrigerate until chilled.
